12+ Years in Federal Grant Management
Anthony Bammer has spent more than twelve years working at the intersection of federal funding, nonprofit strategy, and post-award compliance. His career has been defined by a single conviction: that the organizations doing the most important work in underserved communities are often the ones least equipped to navigate the federal funding systems designed to support them. G1VE Rural Health exists to change that.
Anthony has managed and advised on federal grants from HHS, HRSA, the Department of Labor, the Department of Transportation, USDA, HUD, EPA, and the Department of Education. His post-award management experience spans the full compliance lifecycle — from award acceptance and budget setup through financial reporting, subrecipient monitoring, audit preparation, and federal closeout. He has developed corrective action plans in response to audit findings, managed federal site visits, and negotiated with program officers on behalf of clients navigating complex compliance situations.
His work in rural healthcare specifically reflects a recognition that the rural health funding landscape is entering a period of significant expansion — and that the organizations positioned to benefit most are those that build their compliance and management infrastructure before the money arrives, not after.
"We don't just help you win grants. We help you manage them — so the money reaches the communities it was meant to serve."
— Anthony Bammer, Managing Partner
The AFIS Platform
G1VE Rural Health clients benefit from access to AFIS — the Advanced Policy & Funding Intelligence System — a proprietary platform developed by G1VE Technologies that tracks federal appropriations activity, agency planning documents, and policy signals across the rural healthcare funding landscape. AFIS provides our clients with intelligence that is not available through Grants.gov or any public-facing resource, giving them a meaningful competitive advantage in identifying and preparing for funding opportunities before they become public.
For rural healthcare organizations managing multiple federal awards, AFIS also provides ongoing monitoring of policy developments that may affect compliance requirements, reporting obligations, or program priorities — ensuring that our clients are never caught off guard by regulatory changes.
G1VE Technologies — The Parent Firm
G1VE Rural Health operates under G1VE Technologies, a management and risk advisory firm that helps mission-driven and security-sensitive organizations align funding, cybersecurity, and AI governance into one coherent operating system. Founded and led by Anthony Bammer, G1VE Technologies serves clients across the nonprofit, government, and private sectors — bringing the same rigor and operational discipline to grant management that it applies to cybersecurity governance and AI compliance.
Clients of G1VE Rural Health who need support beyond rural healthcare funding — including GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), cybersecurity governance, AI compliance frameworks, or bridge financing — have access to the full G1VE Technologies capability set. This integrated approach reflects a fundamental belief that the organizations best positioned to serve rural communities are those that have addressed their operational, financial, and compliance infrastructure comprehensively — not just in one domain.
